Passenger Pick-up/Drop-off Family and friends dropping off/picking up passengers at Union Depot can do so in two different locations: at 240 East Kellogg Boulevard in front of the entrance or inside the parking ramp entrance located at Kellogg Boulevard and Broadway in the short-term parking area (limited to 15 minutes).
