CONTRACT PARKING FAQs

How do I cancel my contract?

All contract cancellations require 30 day written notice. Please email ABM Parking Services at Carlos.Shimmin@abm.com for assistance.

Is there a minimum contract length?

There is a two-month minimum obligation for all parking contracts.

Is there assigned parking?

No. All lots are first-come, first-served, and all but Lot A and Lot C Reserved are shared with the general public.

I lost/damaged my parking access card! What do I do?

Call 651.202.2741 to schedule an appointment to receive a replacement card. Please note there is a $25 fee for replacement parking access cards.

What are your office hours?

Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM. The office is closed all major holidays plus Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents Day and the Friday after Thanksgiving.
