Schedule of Events: 3:00-5:00 PM: 10th Anniversary Celebration | Waiting Room 5:00 PM: St. Paul Winter Carnival 2023 Button Reveal 5:30 PM – Holiday performance 7:00 PM – Tree lighting ceremony 7:30 PM – Movie night featuring Elf This is a free community event open to the public. No tickets are necessary. The celebration will begin at 3:00 PM in the Waiting Room with 10th Anniversary commemorative giveaways, Union Depot exhibit, Union Depot history video, craft stations, face painting, photo ops and more! At 5:00 PM in the Waiting Room with the reveal of the St. Paul Winter Carnival 2023 Button, entertainment and holiday activities. This year’s event will be hosted by Colleen and Holly from myTalk 107.1. Enjoy a holiday musical performance by The Mistletones, free cider, photo ops, craft stations and lightup wand giveaway for kids. At 7:00 PM guests will move outside to the North Plaza for the tree lighting celebration followed by a short but thrilling fireworks display and Holiday sing-a-long. At 7:30 PM warm up inside the Waiting Room with Movie Night featuring the holiday favorite, Elf! Concessions will be available for purchase including popcorn! You are encouraged to bring blankets for extra seating. We will have chairs available. Visit the European Christmas Market on the East Plaza while you’re here! Shop for unique, handmade holiday gifts and decorations from local vendors, drink Glühwein (spiced mulled wine), and taste European inspired food and delicacies.
