Our pop-up training class is designed to help you improve your biking performance and take your skills to the next level. Time: 8:00 am -8:45 am Each week of the program focuses on a different area of your body that’s essential for cycling. We start with myofascial preparation to get your muscles warmed up and ready for the weeks to come. Then, we move on to deep core activation, which will help you have more control and power when going uphill or downhill. In week three, we’ll work on your hip mobility and stability to ensure you have a balanced and comfortable posture. Then, we’ll focus on improving your posture and spine alignment in week four, which is crucial for maintaining a healthy and efficient biking position. Week five is where we’ll help you coordinate your legs for a smoother and more efficient biking motion. And finally, in week six, we’ll bring everything together with full-body integration and cross-training for cyclists.
